Welder / Fabricator (Carbon Steel MAG) | Ireland | Relocation Support

We are currently recruiting experienced Welder / Fabricators to join a well-established manufacturing business in Wexford, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking to relocate overseas and work within a modern, structured production environment on high-specification products for international markets.

Location: Wexford, Ireland
Salary: €39,760 - €47,777 per annum, dependent on shift 
Role Type: Overseas / Relocation Opportunity
Position: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm or rotating shifts
Shift Pattern: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
Shift Premium: 20% premium on the hourly rate
Overtime: Available

About the Role
As a Welder / Fabricator, you will work on precision stainless steel and carbon steel products, carrying out high-standard MAG welding and fabrication to exact specifications.
You will work from detailed engineering drawings and be responsible for producing consistent, high-quality work within a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-standard MAG welding
  • Fabricate components to tight tolerances and exact specifications
  • Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
  • Work with stainless steel and carbon steel products
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality work in a production environment
  • Carry out visual inspection of completed welds
  • Deburr, clean and polish fabricated parts
  • Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process
  • Follow all relevant health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in mild steel and stainless steel fabrication
  • Proven ability in MAG welding
  • Strong experience working from technical drawings
  • Ability to maintain exceptional quality standards
  • Time-served trade qualification in welding/fabrication
  • Proven industry experience
  • Strong ability to inspect and confirm the quality of your own welds
  • Ability to deburr, clean and polish fabricated components
  • Strong attention to detail and professional approach to work
