Spray Painter - UK Skilled Worker Visa
We are currently recruiting a
Spray Painter to join a well-established commercial vehicle manufacturing and engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive spray painter looking for a permanent position with long-term career development in a professional workshop environment.

Salary: £43,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role As a
Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting commercial vehicle bodies and trailers to the highest quality standards. Working as part of an experienced production team, you will ensure vehicles are finished professionally while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare commercial vehicles and trailers for painting, including sanding, masking and priming.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other specialist equipment.
- Ensure even paint coverage and high-quality finishes.
- Operate heating and drying equipment where required.
- Inspect completed work and rectify any defects.
- Maintain paint equipment and ensure it is cleaned and serviced appropriately.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure production deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For - Previous experience as an Automotive or Commercial Vehicle Spray Painter.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet production deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
