About the Role As a Seafood Processor / Fish Filleter, you'll initially complete a structured training programme, gaining experience across different production areas before progressing to become a fully trained Fish Filleter.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and processing seafood products.
- Filleting fish to company quality standards (following training).
- Working across various production departments.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.
- Following health & safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting the wider production team where required.
About You We're looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience within the seafood industry or fish processing.
- Have some fish filleting experience or are keen to develop these skills.
- Are willing to learn through a structured training programme.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Can work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Are flexible with working hours, including occasional early starts and late finishes.
- Are looking for a long-term career opportunity.
