About the Role As a Seafood Processor / Fish Filleter, you'll initially complete a structured training programme, gaining experience across different production areas before progressing to become a fully trained Fish Filleter.
Your responsibilities may include:
  • Preparing and processing seafood products.
  • Filleting fish to company quality standards (following training).
  • Working across various production departments.
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Supporting the wider production team where required.
About You We're looking for candidates who:
  • Have previous experience within the seafood industry or fish processing.
  • Have some fish filleting experience or are keen to develop these skills.
  • Are willing to learn through a structured training programme.
  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Can work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Are flexible with working hours, including occasional early starts and late finishes.
  • Are looking for a long-term career opportunity.
