We are currently recruiting a
Welder to join a well-established commercial vehicle manufacturing and engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MIG Welder looking for a permanent position with long-term career development in a professional manufacturing environment.

Salary: £43,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role As a
Welder, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality MIG welding on commercial trailers, chassis, frames and associated components. Working as part of an experienced production team, you will ensure all welding is completed to specification while maintaining excellent quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities - Carry out MIG welding on commercial trailers, chassis, frames and components.
- Produce strong, accurate welds in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Inspect and finish welds to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment.
- Work to production schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For - Previous experience in a similar MIG Welding role.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
